Monthly Solds January 2018 – SCPD

    SCPD SALES | January 1st to January 30th, 2018

    Sun City PD saw a 43% drop in inventory (homes on the market) this month as compared to January of last year . As a result of this drop in inventory the number of closed sales in this month dropped by 26.2%. Going hand in hand with this drop in inventory there was also a 16.8% increase in the price per square foot as compared to the same month last year (Source: Desert Area MLS).
