Trained as an Organizational Psychologist, Pamela understands that each client will have a unique blend of priorities and needs for finding a home. Trained by Duke University as a Health Coach, Pamela is able to recognize what is most important to the client’s home search and believes there is no need to compromise one’s desires. Home ownership is a deeply personal experience, and deserves that perfect-fit.
Also wearing a commercial hat, Pamela has sold large apartment buildings, negotiated commercial leases, and consulted on hospitality and residential development projects. The commercial arena requires a different set of skills and mindset for meeting the needs of the business or investment.
What to expect: Knowledge and experience, Pamela has sold real estate in Colorado, Massachusetts, and California. Educated and personable Pamela has a zest for living and making a positive impact in other people’s lives. Her approach applies utilizing the 3-D’s: Discover the needs and desires of the client; Design an effective plan for realizing the client’s goal; and, Deliver the results!
Full Service: Joining the Jelmberg Team allows Pamela to work in collaboration with a winning organization that seeks to raise the bar in helping others realize their real estate dreams.
