Linda Comes to The Jelmberg Team after a lifetime in Real Estate. A native of Northern California, Linda moved to the Coachella Valley full time 13 years ago after spending 11 years on Lake Tahoe’s North Shore. There she also became a Nevada Broker specializing in High End investment properties for absentee owners from the who’s who of Music, Entertainment and politics.
After years of a career in real estate and construction, Linda followed her children to Southern California to spend time with her only grandson and concentrate on her love of the industry and design by working for a well-known Builder and Developer as a sales consultant for New Home Developments here in the desert. Her knowledge of both real estate and construction gives her a unique view when looking at the potential purchase or when selling a home.
Linda’s philosophy after several decades in Real Estate is that “It doesn’t matter if it’s your 1st home or 50th home, a $100,000 home or $10 million dollar home, you should be treated like it’s the single most important investment you will ever make in your life.
Linda’s been blessed to have made family out of most of her past clients and keeps in touch with them over the years. Her relationship with her clients is what keeps her energized and excited to see who the next “family” member is going to be, either on the phone or walking through the office door.
Linda loves to travel the world with family and friends when she’s able to get away and hopes to go again as soon as Covid Restrictions allow, however, no matter how far she travels, her trusty cell phone is never far away and is ready for the next “family” member to buy or sell their home, or just want to say hello!
