Susan is a native of Seattle, Washington. She relocated to Washington D.C. as a department manager with Nordstrom to help with the opening of the first East Coast store in McLean, Virginia. Susan’s Pacific Northwest love of espresso and good coffee then led her to open Puccini’s Espresso, the first espresso bar in Washington D.C. Susan enjoyed the people, the history and the culture of the East Coast, but after spending 10 years there decided to sell her business and move back to the West Coast to be closer to family. Susan settled in La Jolla, California where she raised her son and began working in the new construction division of a large bank. Susan enjoyed helping people obtain the loans that best fit their needs, enabling them to close on their dream homes. She worked with first time buyers, investors, active duty military personnel and retired veterans in both resale and new construction lending. Susan has always had a passion for real estate, architecture and design. She hopes to combine these passions with her business experience in every real estate transaction so that she can best serve every client’s individual needs.
Susan loves the outdoors and is looking forward to the sunshine of the Coachella Valley. She enjoys skiing, tennis, cooking and gardening.
