From 93' Christian had been marketing for the family Internet business on a national scale. Now he uses his marketing and artistic skills on Real Estate and is producing amazing results. “Most clients start their search on the Internet. We know how to capture this audience and present an image that sells listings quick". 

Christian syndicates the listings and networks with thousands of web sites in US, Canada, and 85 other countries. He photographs and enhances each photo to look like it came out of a magazine. He then applies them to a customized full color brochure and dynamic virtual tour. The combination of great marketing and imagery helps reel in the buyers from all directions. Penny Jelmberg, who once managed over one hundred and sixty employees and was president of her local chamber, now uses her business and communication skills in negotiating and closing deals. “I love negotiating the best deal for our clients and helping dreams come true.”

Gilbert Jelmberg, who once managed sales in the family business and built his own subdivision, now analyzes market trends insuring listings stay competitive and buyers buy right. Gilbert has always had a passion and drive for Real Estate and it shows with his hard work and dedication.

Janet is an assistant that wears many hats. She schedules open houses, makes sure brochure boxes are full, helps to complete paperwork and is the transaction coordiator for the Jelmberg Team.

Licensed in Real Estate since 1972 she has sold properties in Beverly Hills, Bell Aire and Pacific Palisades.

Janet also opened and directed sales in various New Home communities in Southern California.
